Day 8

This mornings conditions were again perfect for outdoor exercise. Triple Nickel (555am) ran up the hill and took a right. We ran down to and all along the beltline. Bobby Jones was covered in a cool morning mist. Our thoughts went out to Augusta, as they do every year at this time. This week is the best week of the year for sports. The Madness ends, Opening Day begins and the Worlds Best tee it up in our back yard.

What does this have to do with fitness? Not a thing, unless you are attending one of these special events. Of course, seeing and being seen is much more fun when the sundresses are filled up with fine little fitness felines. We got em!
