Thursday has become the day we take it easy on our legs. We like to go easy the day before the day before Saturday morning. Saturday morning is weekend warrior race day. A few of our beauties are lining up for the Atlanta Women's 5K this Saturday.
Friday Fun Day will be our last meeting at 555AM at the Church this year. Basic training will be in high gear on the field at E Rivers next week.
