Over doing it

One of many by-products of daily exercise is a significant increase in energy. It doesn't come right away and there are times when we feel lethargic and punchy. After working through the blahs, there is a subtle change in how we feel over the course of the day. We get out of bed easier. The workout seems easier. Then, the day becomes much more productive. We are literally able to do two and three times as much stuff. We find ourselves gardening in the early evening, cleaning the house at all hours, and jumping into youth pick up games. It begins to seem like the more we do, the more we are able to do. Our bodies in motion perpetuate motion.

Warning: Superman/woman euphoria can lead to poor decision making and possibly result in severe damage. We should be in heightened alert when the opportunity to show off presents itself. Use new found fitness wisely.
