Days 21, 22

Monday - Vally Road Long Run out and Back + 600 repetitions of various core exercises
Tuesday - Stairs at Frankie Allen + 700 repetitions of hips/thighs/quads/calves/hams/groin

We have an elite group of fitness studs and robobabes working daily. There will be some new faces and old friends joining us in two weeks when we get back to E Rivers. This crew will be tough to hang with and an inspiration to anyone joining.
