Day 11

Counting days has always been an important part of Peachtree Road Boot Camp. Daily attendance is the most important part of the formula. We give our participants 6 workouts a day 5 days a week. We are always working out.

None of our workouts are over the top, killer hard. We have hard workouts, but not the kind where half a dozen people puke. We have had those workouts in the past. Our experience has demonstrated that a blistering hard ball buster workout knocks half the pack out for the rest of the week. It ain't worth it. We want folks leaving the workout feeling refreshed and ready to return the next day.

Example: A 900 calorie burn workout 3 days a week = 2,700 calories burnt. A 600 calorie burn workout 5 days a week = 3,000 calories burnt. Plus, a full day off allows the body to go into hibernation. Daily exercise includes the extra "smolder" (you know how you are still sweating an hour after the workout) that is missed with a days rest.

New folks in Boot Camp may read this and think we are crazy. We are! But, if you stick around long enough, your body will adapt to the daily stress and peak fitness will appear. You will be apart of a crazy club that looks and feels great.
