The Atlanta Women's 5K is a run/walk celebrating women and fitness. The event takes place on a lovely course through historic Candler Park, and features special touches such as hand painted ceramic awards, performance race shirt and a flower for every participant as they cross the finish line.
Adding to the fun of the 2011 Atlanta Women's 5K, participants are able to enter one of five team divisions.
Ladies under 40 years old enter as: PRUMC Boot Camp - open
Ladies over 40 enter as: PRUMC Boot Camp - Masters
Ladies over 50 enter as: PRUMC Boot Camp - Grand Masters

Today 555 did the Lenox loop backwards. We finished our exercise at the mall, lined up at the Peachtree Road Race Starting Line, and raced back to Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
3.5 miles, 500 repetitions of various middle and upper body exercise of which 160 were push ups. We have done 300 push ups in a workout so today's push up out put was manageable.
