Day 14

Running to burn Fat

How are we doing? We are getting thin and fast. In the last two days we have run 9 miles. We are systematically removing the carbon rubber from the bottom of our shoes. We have to remove rubber to remove blubber. Sure, we can starve ourselves but, who really sticks to a diet? Who wants to stick to a diet? We see the feeling of satisfaction on our faces when we speed through an interval at a personal record time. Its like, "Holy Cow! Did I just do that." And, there is freedom not to dissimilar to flying we feel when we traverse the earth a rapidly increasing paces. Hauling ass is fun.

Today we performed 580 repetitions of various leg, hip and butt exercises. Happy Birthday to JoEllyn the skinny hot Mom in Princess Boot Camp.
