The Great Harriott

This is what a real elite athlete does in a week:

Sunday 5/19 - 13 miles 
Monday 5/20 - 8 miles (5 am, 3 pm -7,6:30,6) 
Tuesday 5/21 - 7 miles + 5 e/m/h + exercise class  
Wednesday 5/22 - 7 easy  
Thursday 5/23 -8 miles (5 am, 3 pm -7,6:30,6) 
Friday - 7 miles (hill work out . Hard up/ easy down 1/3,2/3,3/3 X 4)
Saturday - 7 miles ( 5 e,m,h) + exercises  
Week total = 57 miles


The Great Harriott, daughter of the Queen Mother Harriott, is a 26 year old executive that works and lives in New York. She has all of the demands on her life that any of us have. She had to go to work, pay her bills and have a life. 

This is Boot Camp this week:

Saturday - 4 miles, 800 repetitions of exercise around Chastain Park
Sunday - Optional workout
Monday - Church Run, 3 miles, 800 repetitions lower body exercise
Tuesday, Diagonals + Tempo 1/2 mile, 3 miles, 1,000 reps of core body 
Wednesday - Peachtree Road intervals, 1 warm, 2 X 800 up hill, 300 reps upper body, 2 X 400 on flats, 300 reps of upper body, 1 cool, 3.5 miles
Thursday - Church Run, 3 miles, 800 reps lower
Friday - Beltline, 3.5 miles, 600 reps

Week Total = 22 miles, 4,600 repetitions of various exercise

This is what the average Boot Camper is doing this week:

Week total = 11 miles, 2,400 repetitions
