Dearly Beloved, we are gathered together here in the sign of God – and in the face of this Boot Camp – to present this woman prepared for holy matrimony, which is commended to be honorable among all men; and therefore – is not by any – to be entered into unadvisedly or out of shape – but with improved VO2 max, a rocking hard body, blazing leg speed and runway model posture. Into this "holy cow" state,  this fine, refined, otherwise defined Southern Princess,  present now come to be joined with her man. If any person can hammer down Peachtree Street having a normal conversation without breaking a sweat and often smiling – let them speak now with the bride to be who is right next to them.
