F it...

Many folks have a common thought or saying for doing or not doing the thing that should or should not be done.

Alarm goes off, time to get out of bed for the workout... F    it, go back to sleep.
Get to work/school, there is a box of donuts, F    it, have another
Go to lunch, look at the menu, F    it, have a cheeseburger
Go back to work/school, need to finish the project, F    it, go to the bar
Time to go home, F    it, have another drink
Sunday morning, time to go to Church... F    it, skipping this week

The "F    its" is the universal term for choosing the option inconsistent with our current objectives and contrary to the better good of those we serve.
November and December are the most common months for getting the "F    its". Why not, everyone else is doing it.

Thanks to the 19 folks who worked out with us this morning. If you hadn't made, we would have had to work out without you.
