Cold

After spending time with the blood relatives, the Boot Camp Family returned today for the final week of the session. All the Princesses showed up today. PBC was in full glory. The Triple Nickel crowd was big and we made the best of it. We did the long version of the Church Run, 4 miles, 600 repetitions of core body exercises.

The cold can benefit fitness training. The body has to work harder in the cold to generate power. This added element increases calorie burn. More calories burned = thinner.
