Food

Good Food: Eggs, Avocado, Dark Chocolate, cinnamon, fresh fruits and vegetables.

NO SUGAR!!!

When we are running 60 miles a week at 6 minute pace and spending another 6 hours in the weight room, we can eat whatever we want. We can drink whatever we want. We can slam mucho bruwski and sip fine wine until we finish the entire cake and bowl of ice cream.

Kippers the wonder Kid works out like a crazed recently caged animal yet, eats like polite debutante on a first date. He has some leftover eating habits from HS & College wrestling but, who wouldn't want to look like him. That dude is in shape.

Try for one day not to eat or drink anything that comes out of a bag a box, a can or a bottle.
