State of the Union

While the World outside of Boot Camp is in constant flux and change, the faithful in Peachtree Road Boot Camp are solid, stable and strong. Daily participation has been good. This is the largest Winter group in our memory. The mild weather has been a tremendous help.

Fitness levels are up for this time of year. When the spring rush starts, the bar will already be set very high. We see a strong possibility for many Personal Records this spring (maybe even this weekend).

A few of us are implementing some old tricks to maximize our efforts:

1) No days off
2) No sugar
3) No alcohol (or at least the beer/wine to miles ratio) 1/1
4) eat 6 times a day
5) drink 200 Oz of water daily
6) keep a log of miles and exercise

Thin and Fast is a nice way to live.
