Grind

Thanks to John G, we got a preview of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. It is interesting. There are two types of beautiful bodies, Young and Fit.

Young we can not control. Fit we can. We can make choices every day that lead to a desired outcome. For instance, we can work out every day. Daily exercise is a guarenteed way of getting fitness. Folks who work out every day get in shape. Also, we can decide to eat properly and drink lots of water.

Thats about it. Increase your out-put and monitor your in-put.
