Beat that Drum

Imagining his eulogy, King used the conditional tense: “If you want to say that I was a drum major, say that I was a drum major for justice. Say that I was a drum major for peace. I was a drum major for righteousness. And all of the other shallow things will not matter.”

We beat the drum for Daily Exercise. Daily Exercise is a fix all. Daily Exercise helps us to sleep better. Gives us a good appetite and helps with digestion. Exercise clears our heads when we are suffering from a cold. Daily Exercise reduces the effects of stress. Daily Exercise increases energy levels so we can do more during the day. Outdoor exercise keeps us connected to the biorhythm of this planet. Daily exercise keeps us grounded and connected to our humble primal instinct.

Daily Exercise increases strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, power, sex appeal and much more.

We eat and sleep every day. Exercise should be a part of that routine.
