Concrete Crazy Eights aka Parking deck

From PRUMC to the top of One Buckhead Plaza = one mile. Every climb up the concrete ramps = a half. We run to, up, then up two more times. Then we ran up the stairs 3 times. That's 27 ramps and 27 flights of stairs. We managed to throw in another 540 repetitions of lower leg exercise. Tough day on the legs. 3.5 miles total
