Those folks who are systematically removing the carbon rubber from the bottom of their shoes on a daily basis will likely be pleased with fitness results. today was 3 miles of strides on the grass with 650 repetitions for shoulder, back & arms exercise.

A small group training for Sizzler ran the old 7 mile loop.

Princess Boot Camp:
Core Four (Jenny, Kathleen, Kristin Susie Mac) plus, Two Mary's, Anne, Tamson, The Bruce's, And Joellyn.

This so called "Princess Boot Camp" has turned into a full blown hard corps calorie burning workout. Today the group did a mile warm up, ran two miles with weights in hand, pumping out 440 repetitions of various upper body exercise along the way, then 2X800 at an up tempo pace.
