The Sharks ran from PRUMC to Chastain, around the park and back. Long, cold, dark run. When they got back, they were treated to quick upper body once over in little shop of horrors. Sally, Kaffee, Holly and Irene ran the shorter loop prior to their beating. Lisa and Maggie stayed with me for a complete beating in the sweat shop. Lisa learned how to run fast on her first ever use of the treadmill.
Gary is doing pull ups like an elementary boy in the Presidential Physical Fitness test. John M. re-joined the group today. Amy and Matty were like peas and carrots again. Reba made sure Jimmy did not get lost.
