There was not a single drop of rain falling from the sky. We can only guess that a few of us may have heard the storm this morning, rolled over and went back to sleep. The three ladies at the top of the list don't care about rain. They are not missing a work out. They are locked in. Speaking of "locked in", Gary ran a 3:01 half at the end of the workout. We all wish we could run fast enough to be accused of steroids. All it takes is consistency. Stay consistent. Put together a consistent training period and all the sudden, your monster stomping folks half your age.
