Boot Camp Royal Couple

This happy couple are like peas and carrots. They led a procession of fitness freaks dressed in white down Peachtree this morning to the annual circus outside Filene's Basement. The Running of the Brides was a huge success. The weather was nice, the Moon was large in the sky, T.V. and Radio where there to capture the madness. But most importantly, there were throngs of screaming girls cheering our beautiful faux brides like they were at a Bon Jovi concert.

Our mock maidens had their Preacher in tow, dressed in his traditional....dress. Talk about a destination wedding. The bride, groom (which one was which?), Preacher and guests all traveled together for this one. We may be on to something here. A wedding party that runs together straight down Peachtree St. from Church to reception. Ladies, Mary Blyth is still planning. Can we talk her into it? Fitness Wedding.

These outside the box workouts are rather inspirational. The Preacher may use his Lenten Streak for promotional purposes. Don't be surprised if you see him running down Peachtree tomorrow wearing a sandwich board that reads FOLLOW ME TO FIRST METHODIST.




PRUMC Boot Camp Wedding Party

 Other than The Preacher, Caroline was the only other guest not dressed in white. When asked if she was wearing Red & Black in support of her school in the NCAA tourney, she said "well...this is Matty's 3rd wedding...". Ouch. Old hat? Never.

We had a couple of Irish studs crash the wedding. Wedding crashers? Fergie and Chrissy had a great laugh and light workout with the regular crowd. They were shipped in for the "kiss me I'm Irish" portion of the workout but the ladies were taken- aback by the wedding party and missed the side show.
