100 seconds

Often we line up for timed interval training. The basic unit we recognize is the quarter, one lap. Typically, we are looking for a lap to be somewhere between 90 and 100 seconds. For many of us, this is flat out running.

David Rudisha ran two laps in 100 seconds. This is the most underrated accomplishment of these Olympic Games.
