We have been stomping around the Church campus for two days now.
Yesterday we ran with weights in hand. It has been a while since the last "old school Brick Workout." A half mile warm up was followed by 1 1/2 miles with bricks in hand. We stopped frequently during 3 laps around the Church for 600 repetitions of various Arm, Shoulder and Back exercises. We ended with two blazing half miles in the neighborhood behind the Church.
Today Maile had a less popular, less effervescent, less charming replacement substitute instructor. We worked everything today that we missed yesterday.
And the days keep rolling...
