We ran the traditional Church Run this morning. There were 600 repetitions of various core muscle exercises along the way. It was fairly quiet. A Peachtree Rd resident loudly asked us to keep it down. We said hello to the exercise group at Garden Hills Pool. With the Sun rising earlier, we were able to run over the river and through the woods. Jimmy lost his pants. Then we hammered up, up and up to the top of the stairs at Frankie Allen, did one more set of exercise and hammered home.
These are the days. The foundation is being laid. How we look and perform this spring and summer depends on how consistent we work right now.
