Stairs

Late post: We enjoyed a warm quiet morning. We ran to Frankie Allen and did laps in the dark, then hit the stairs for a few turns, We ran out the trail and made our way to the Big Fish on Pharr, stopping for legs and hip exercises along the way. We did rocking chair leg curls* at The Big Fish before heading in the One Buckhead Plaza parking deck. Then we did parking deck stairs* X 2 with additional leg, hip and calf exercises. Then we ran back the long way.

3.5 miles, Legs hard, *= PRUMC exclusive.
