Gym/Legs

It was not to cold to go out. But, we could not risk sliding and busting on ice. So we worked on our running form in the gym.

If you have not seen these yet, here is the basis of the drills we do. If you stick around, you will become a stronger, faster, more efficient runner. We figured if you add all the running and speed drills, you covered 2 miles in the gym.

We added another "bar" exercise to the usual squats, lunges, stair step aerobics, leg presses, leg lifts/kicks.

We had 19 folks in the gym. We are going to try to get out the rest of the week.
