Friday October 23rd

Today's Workout: Buckhead Marta: E. Rivers to Buckhead Marta Station = 2.5 miles down and back= 5 total + 850 repetitions of various exercises (180 push ups, legs & abs too)
Most folks did pull ups before we started: 17 men, 7 women started; 8 finished.
Workout of attrition.

  2. Nothing like watching Atlanta wake up. Our early morning work outs set us up for a great day, we know we have done something good for our minds and bodies and have more energy all day.

  3. It's even a great workout for those of us in the back! Had to turn back a bit early becuase of time but still did 5.4 with the warm up.
