We accomplish far more together than we ever could alone. We create a pack that has rhythm, energy and power. Everyone one of us adds to the power of the pack. All of us together create the buzz that keeps the pack humming along. It is easy to loose ourselves in the pack. Exercise becomes automatic.
We ran nearly 4 miles and did over 600 repetitions of various lower body exercise this morning. It was a conversational pace and we took advantage of it. The Beltline was similar on Monday. We have been going a little longer these last few weeks. The increase in miles will make us a bit leaner.
