Race Plan
Saturday August 24, 2013 - Back on My Feet Meaningful Miles 5K - Heartfelt Love. This event celebrates the trans-formative power of a daily running routine.
Saturday August 31st - The Atlanta 20K Relay - Mayhem in the AM. Our girls stole the show last year. We will be looking for more teams to join them and a Men's team that can compete with them.
Sunday October 20th - Morningside Mile - Two races. First race is low key and fun for the whole family. The second race is a one mile shootout for cash. The first one is fun to run. The second one is fun to watch.

Trust
We have spent 7 years perfecting this workout. 1,900 times, we have gathered at 555am for exercise. We have worked out with a thousand people. We have run 6,000 miles and done over One Million repetitions of exercise.
